You must provide unboxing video and clear photos as proof.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases:

Change of mind or wrong size selection by the customer.

Returns requested beyond the 24-hour reporting window.

No valid proof (unboxing video and images).

Cancellation requested after the 2-hour window.

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
