Return Policy – 21 Days
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a return within 21 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return
• Returns are accepted only after our approval once the product is received and inspected by our team.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Customized or altered products are not eligible for return.
Return Charges
• The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer and must be paid directly to the courier partner at the time of pickup.
• We do not provide free returns.
Refund / Exchange
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
• Approved returns will be eligible for either:
• Exchange (subject to availability), or
• Refund (processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days).
