Stand up straight and hold the measuring tape around your chest at fullest part. Wrap it under your armpits and across your shoulder. This gives the measurement of your chest at its widest point.
2. Stomach
Measure around the widest part of your abdomen, usually at belly button level. Keep the tape straight and level. Make sure not to suck in your stomach keep it as normal , or the measurement will be inaccurate.
3. Length
Stand straight with arms relaxed. Place the tape at the base of your neck (nape) and run it straight down your back.
For regular suits, stop at mid-hip.
For long coats, measure to mid-thigh or knees
4. Shoulders
