1. Custom Orders

All suits are custom-made and handcrafted based on the customer’s provided measurements and design selections.
• Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified as each product is made to order.
• Customers are responsible for submitting accurate measurements and details in the Customization Box.
• We are not liable for fit issues due to incorrect measurements.

2. Sizing & Customization

If your size does not fall under the regular chart, you can:
• Select “Customization” in the size options.
• Enter your measurements in the Customization Box.

We will tailor your suit as per the details provided.

3. Payments
• All prices are listed in [INR/USD], inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
• We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.

4. Shipping & Delivery
• We offer shipping across India and internationally.
• Delivery times vary based on location and order complexity. Estimated timelines will be shared at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

As all products are custom-tailored, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in cases of:
• Damaged product on arrival
• Incorrect item delivered

In such cases, you must contact us within 1 day of delivery with clear images and proof of the issue.

6. Product Variations

Due to screen settings and fabric availability, minor variations in color or texture may occur. These are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MenEthnic.com (text, images, designs, logos) is the property of MenEthnic and may not be reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jaipur, India].
